Harvested and pressed locally by our Umbrian micro farmers’ households. They produce the oil for their family and they give us the exceeding quantity.

This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is just perfect to be used raw on some toasted bread, as bruschetta, or on salads and meats.
How long does it last?
Our black Matte Tank preserves the olive oil for a long time, keeping it away from light and making the Olive oil highly stable so that it preserves its perfumes and flavors.
